If you own or occupy a single condo unit with an accessible wall-mounted AC, mini-split, or heat-pump head, Climeo’s residential booking path applies at published rates.
This guide helps unit owners decide book vs quote, confirm eligibility, and prepare access. It is not property-manager contracting guidance and does not speak for condo boards or syndicates.
Unit-owned indoor heads (wall-mounted AC, ductless heads, or heat-pump heads inside your suite) are typically the occupant’s responsibility to maintain when you control the equipment and entry.
Shared rooftop units, make-up air, corridors, mechanical rooms, or multi-suite programs arranged by a board, syndicate, or property manager are commercial scopes. Climeo does not claim authority to approve building-wide work or override building rules.
Residential cleaning fits when each indoor head you list is inside your unit, reachable for filter/coil/blower/drain work, and you can provide entry for the confirmed Montreal-time window.
Match equipment to the AC, mini-split, wall-mounted, or heat-pump service page before booking. If access requires roof, locked mechanical rooms, or scaffolding, use the commercial quote path instead.
Book residential when you need cleaning for one (or a few clearly listed) indoor heads in your unit with owner-controlled access. Use the booking flow for that equipment type.
Request a commercial quote when a property manager, condo board, or syndicate coordinates multiple units, common-area equipment, or a recurring multi-suite program. Use the commercial AC cleaning page so scope, access windows, and billing contact are clear before a site visit.
Cleaning covers accessible filters, coil surfaces, blower areas, and drain paths where reachable, using Climeo’s existing AC and heat-pump cleaning capability.
It is not refrigerant repair, electrical diagnosis, equipment installation, specialized remediation work, health-outcome claims for disinfection, or whole-house duct cleaning. We do not invent same-day dispatch promises.
Confirm visitor entry rules, parking or loading instructions, and elevator booking if required. Note floor and unit. Clear space under each indoor head and plan pet separation.
Someone must provide entry for the confirmed Montreal-time window — requested times are reviewed, not dispatch guarantees. Use the prepare-for-cleaning checklist for day-of details.
Climeo serves Montreal and Greater Montreal for residential cleaning. Island travel is reflected in published residential rates; off-island visits are quoted separately when needed.
Published residential pricing and inclusions stay on the pricing page and price guide. This page does not invent dollar amounts. Book only when eligibility and access above fit; otherwise request a quote.

I live in a condo — do I always need a commercial quote?
No. A single accessible unit with owner-controlled access uses residential booking. Multi-unit or PM/board coordination uses the commercial quote path.
Who is responsible — me or the building?
Unit-owned indoor heads you control are typically your path. Shared building systems and multi-suite programs go through commercial qualification. We do not decide board policy.
What if my building restricts contractor hours?
Tell us the building rules in the booking notes. We confirm a Montreal-time window that fits access constraints; we do not promise entry outside building policy.
Where do prices appear?
On the pricing page and AC cleaning price guide — not as invented numbers on this decision page.
