What exactly does your AC cleaning service include?
We perform a six-step deep clean: pre-vacuuming, coil wash, filter cleaning/replacement, drain-pan flush, non-toxic disinfection, and final airflow/temperature testing. You get before & after readings plus a short report.
Are your technicians certified and insured?
Yes—every Climéo tech is factory-trained in HVAC cleaning, carries full liability insurance, and uses only Health Canada–approved products.
How often should I clean my home AC?
We recommend an annual cleaning for most homes. If you have pets, allergies, or heavy year-round heat-pump use, consider a semi-annual service.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Ideally yes, but not mandatory. If you can provide access (e.g., leave a gate code), our team will text you when they arrive and again when they finish.
Do you clean large rooftop or packaged units?
Absolutely. We handle everything from small office wall units up to multi-ton rooftop condensers. Commercial quotes are provided after a quick on-site assessment.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes—early mornings, evenings or weekends. Just select “After-hours” in our booking form or call us to arrange the time that minimizes your disruption.
How does car AC cleaning differ from home systems?
We use a portable fogger to disinfect the vehicle’s evaporator coil and ductwork, plus replace the cabin air filter. It’s a quick, 30-minute treatment that removes odors and bacteria.
Do you come to my home or office to clean my car?
Yes—we offer mobile car-AC service within the Greater Montréal area. Just park your vehicle in an accessible spot and we’ll handle the rest.
